Our ABM will help create and deliver compelling written and visual content for use across communication channels including social, digital, traditional sales and email marketing for internal and external audiences.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate closely with the Strategic Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to shape and implement our brand strategy through comprehensive campaigns. Build a solid foundation for our brand and communicate our values effectively to our audiences.
- Seek out engaging stories that highlight our innovative processes, products and team. Write content that brings our vision and values to life and resonates with our community.
- Collaborate with creative team members to create the most compelling visual assets. Bring our brands to life through graphics, digital content and marketing materials.
- Develop engaging and persuasive brand messaging that captures the unique essence of our materials and projects. Maintain, manage and grow asset libraries, marketing and communication templates and core messages.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in brand communication and alignment with our brand guides across all touchpoints. Provide guidance to internal teams to maintain brand integrity, foster a collective understanding and promote a unified brand voice.
- Lead story development, creation and rollout of content across internal and external channels. Channels include social media, website, digital signage, email, sales collateral, an internal podcast and more.
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging internal communications to keep employees informed and aligned on company updates and strategic initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to craft messaging that drives engagement and supports organizational goals across digital signage, emails and more.
- Stay informed about emerging industry trends and new technologies in branding and marketing. Continuously learn and innovate to maintain our competitive edge and enhance our brand's position and visibility.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a business-related field or proven relevant work experienceExperience Qualifications
5-7 years of proven work experience in a marketing or communications roleSkills and Abilities
