My Epic gear is a new gear membership that provides all the benefits of owning gear, but with more choice, lower cost, and no hassle. Job Summary :

The My Epic Gear Supervisor is responsible for maintaining outstanding member service per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. The My Epic Gear Supervisor acts as a location specific leadership ensuring quality control that delivers an experience of a lifetime for our Employees and Members. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn multiple software programs, and the ability to work with a team or autonomously.

The expected pay range is $23.00 / hr - $24.73 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
