Senior Financial Analyst

At PEM, we are actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our nimble acquisitions team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with senior leadership to source, analyze, and execute multifamily real estate acquisitions across a variety of markets.

As part of a tight-knit, fast-moving team, you’ll be deeply involved in every stage of the deal—from initial underwriting and market analysis to structuring, negotiations, and execution. We’re looking for someone who can think like an owner, model like a pro, and thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Underwrite and model real estate acquisitions, with a focus on multifamily assets
• Drive deal analysis and negotiations, working closely with brokers, lenders, and investors
• Manage all aspects of the transaction process including due diligence, capital structuring, and closing
• Provide strategic insights through ROI analysis, financial reporting, and budget forecasting
• Continuously source and evaluate new investment opportunities across target markets
• Partner with our principals and cross-functional teams to support firm-wide investment decisions
