  • The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing services to patients in their homes during their end of life in accordance with the physicians’ orders.
  • For this role, you need to be a registered nurse that is knowledgeable in caring for the terminally ill with the goal of helping patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.

  • Develops and implements an individualized plan of care in consultation with the client's physician and other agency personnel as appropriate.
  • Counsels and educates the client and family in meeting end of life needs and the process of a life limiting illness.
  • Manages and supervises LPNs and CNAs performance in implementing nursing services.

    • Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Current Missouri Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • Preferred minimum of one year nursing experience within the last five years.
  • Proficient in computer skills and technology to complete documentation of clinical records.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate client needs.
