Managing Partner (General Manager) - Bulla Gastrobar (Charlotte, NC) Pay : $85,000 - $90,000 per year | Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | Monthly Dining Credit Bulla Gastrobar is a lively, modern restaurant inspired by Spanish and Catalan cuisine. Known for bold flavors, a bustling atmosphere, and genuine hospitality, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Managing Partner (General Manager) to lead our Charlotte location. This role requires a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving strong business results. Why Join Bulla Gastrobar Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $85,000-$90,000 per year $200 monthly dining credit valid at all CRG restaurant brands 19 paid time off days annually (vacation, sick, and holidays) Three paid holidays : Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance plans available 401(k) with company match Structured five-day work week to support work-life balance Growth & Culture Lead an energetic, guest-focused team in a premium casual dining concept Access to the Passport Program for career development Join a restaurant group known for quality, innovation, and promoting from within Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily operations with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, and profitability Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and labor goals Lead recruitment, hiring, and team development to ensure a high-performing staff Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and guest engagement Ensure a superior guest experience through active floor management and team coaching Manage restaurant financials, including P&L, inventory, forecasting, and cost control Ensure policies related to scheduling, evaluations, and performance are implemented effectively Maintain full understanding and oversight of POS systems and cash handling procedures Requirements Must have open availability and be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed 3-5 years of General Manager or equivalent leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant Strong understanding of financials (P&L, labor, budgets, forecasting) Proficiency with restaurant management and reporting software Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Highly organized and skilled at prioritizing under pressure Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus (not required) About Bulla Gastrobar Bulla is more than a restaurant—it’s an experience.
