Commercial Construction Project Engineer

One of Spokane's leading commercial construction companies is seeking a detail oriented individual to provide direct support to the Project Manager specializing in affordable housing projects throughout the Inland Northwest.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for reviews, processes and maintaining submittals and RFI's

Reviews submittals for completeness and compliance

Create and maintain submittal logs

Understand design change documents

Communicate with owners

Maintain customer relationships

Assist tracking work orders

Skills and Experience :

Must have a BS in Construction Management

Must demonstrate initiative and be able to work independently in areas of responsibility

Must have excellent communication skills

Have the ability to troubleshoot

Have organization and time management skills.

Salary : $65,000-$70,000 DOE
