A recognized services organization in Pennsylvania is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Medicine Technician (EMT) for a promising opportunity with their Workplace Health & Safety team in Hamburg. In this role, the Emergency Medicine Technician (EMT) will be responsible for supporting the health and well-being of employees by providing first aid, engaging in safety education, and supporting injury prevention programs.

- Schedule : 4 shifts per week
- Hours : 7am-5 : 30pm
- Setting : Occupational Health
Responsibilities :
Provide first aid and refer employees to outside medical providers as neededMaintain records of care and prepare shift reportsSupport return-to-work programs and workers' compensation processesParticipate in associate safety committee meetings and case management reviewsCoach employees on safe work habits and ergonomicsMaintain medical supplies and a clean treatment areaAssist with emergency response and random drug testing protocolsMaintain current CPR, First Aid, and AED certificationsFlexibility to work holidays and weekends as neededQualifications :
High School diploma or equivalentCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationOne of the following :Valid EMT or Paramedic Certification (State or NREMT)6+ months of recent military medical experience (e.g., Combat Medic, Corpsman)Active Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC or State equivalent)Must obtain adult First Aid / CPR / AED certification within 3 weeks of start date (if not already held)Desired Skills :
Certified CPR / First Aid / AED instructor (AHA or ARC)Experience in industrial wellness or occupational healthFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and workers' compensationExperience with ergonomic assessments and digital record keepingProficient in Microsoft Office
