About the Role :
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Pediatric Speech Lab, 01, plays a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral interventions to children with developmental and communication challenges. This position focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to improve clients' social, communication, and adaptive skills. The RBT will work directly with pediatric clients in a supportive and structured environment, ensuring consistent data collection and progress monitoring to inform ongoing treatment adjustments. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists and educators, is essential to provide holistic care tailored to each child's unique needs. Ultimately, the RBT contributes to enhancing the quality of life for children and their families by fostering meaningful developmental gains through evidence-based behavioral strategies.
