Position Summary

The General Property Management Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, repair, and upkeep of rental properties under the management of the company. This role plays a critical part in maintaining tenant satisfaction, property value, and overall operational efficiency. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate closely with other team members.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to the following :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs to ensure properties are in good condition.
• Address tenant-reported maintenance issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high standard of workmanship.
