Popular Bank is seeking a Teller to provide accurate processing of paying and receiving transactions while ensuring a courteous and informative service. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying clients' needs and ensuring a positive impression of the organization. Responsibilities include :

• Executing teller banking transactions in accordance with Populars policies and procedures.
• Processing payment and receipt of transactions accurately and courteously.
• Referencing clients by name in all transactions to provide personalized service.
• Maintaining minimum cash amounts in tellers area and ensuring cash security.
• Re-stocking and balancing assigned cash drawer, ATMs, cash recyclers, and vaults.
• Assisting in night depository processing and currency / ATM settlements.
• Working with branch manager and supervisor to meet individual sales goals.
• Building trust-based relationships with clients by listening and uncovering their needs.
• Supporting marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Educating clients on self-service capabilities and digital banking options.
• Promoting a culture of ongoing customer feedback and continuous improvement.
• Responding to account maintenance requests and addressing customer dissatisfaction.
• Supporting compliance functions including reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
• Proactively identifying and reporting fraudulent or forged documentation.
• Maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
