Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and documentation are complete Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and support payroll processing Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits Required Qualifications, Training, and Education : 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator, or People Operations role Proven ability to manage detailed administrative work, particularly in HRIS Strong understanding of US employment compliance Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field preferred SHRM-CP, PHR, or progress toward a professional certification is a strong plus
