Certified Surgical Tech - Full Time (10-Hour Day Shifts, Multiple Specialties)

Job Description

Position Overview

• Assist in a wide range of surgical procedures across multiple specialties including general, orthopedic, gynecology, and urology
• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical field, anticipating surgeon needs throughout the procedure
• Ensure surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are properly set up and maintained
• Participate in preoperative room setup and postoperative turnover and decontamination
• Support patient safety by adhering to infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments in collaboration with circulating staff
