The Account Manager position is responsible for achievement of company objectives for an assigned territory for general sales activity, sales communications, and marketing support.
Schedule : Monday Friday; 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
Service Areas : Greenville, SC, Spartanburg, SC and Anderson, SC.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of sales experience in infusion services, or other related healthcare product / service industries.
- Proficient at partner programs (i.e. : MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
- Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion / AccuRX team.
Essential Functions :
Implements Palmetto Infusion's policies and procedures as approved by the senior leadership team.Implements the Mission and Values of Palmetto Infusion including the deliverance of high quality, patient-focused health care.Evaluates staff for performance improvement; initiates disciplinary action when required; ensures staff compliance with SLT directives, via Field Coaching Reports or appropriate HR document.Facilitates cross functional teamwork through all organizational departments.About the Benefits :
