What You'll Do :

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Split your time between the field and office to maintain a strong connection with your team and projects
• Collaborate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
• Support field coordination, jobsite safety, and quality control
