ROLE OVERVIEW

Bullfrog Spas is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Dealer Success Specialist

to join our Dealer Success Group. In this role, you'll support dealer and retail

partners by helping them onboard, ramp up, and succeed in selling and supporting

Bullfrog Spas. Acting as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you'll

guide onboarding, promote program and tool adoption, and ensure each partner

has what they need to grow.

This is not just a support role-it's a growth role. You'll also be expected to function

like an inside sales partner : identifying and following up on sales opportunities, reengaging

stalled deals, supporting promotional campaigns, and helping partners

overcome friction in the sales process. Your goal is to drive dealer performance and

keep Bullfrog Spas top of mind through timely outreach, strategic support, and

solution-oriented service.

You'll work cross-functionally with Regional Sales Managers, Channel Marketing,

Accounting, Fulfillment, and other internal teams to ensure each partner has a

consistent and high-impact experience. This is an ideal role for someone who

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner Onboarding and Enablement : Guide new partners through a structured

onboarding process, ensuring they achieve full readiness through training, systems

setup, and resource alignment.

  • Relationship Management : Lead account-level support and coordination to ensure
  • dealer success, serving as their daily connection and trusted advisor, in alignment

    with the strategy set with the Regional Manager.

  • Sales Opportunity Follow-Up : In collaboration with the Regional Manager and
  • Dealer Success group, proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities-

    including underutilized promotions, lapsed engagement, and potential for

    increased orders-to maintain momentum and drive results.

  • Program and Tool Adoption : Educate partners on marketing programs, sales tools,
  • promotions, and technology platforms to drive understanding, usage, and return

    on investment.

  • Operational Support : Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming dealer
  • and internal requests related to orders, shipping, account status, invoices, and

    issue resolution. Manage and respond to tickets, emails, and calls in a timely,

    professional manner. Investigate issues, gather relevant information, and

    collaborate with Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Accounting to resolve concerns

    effectively.

  • Proactive Outreach and Monitoring : Monitor partner engagement and
  • performance using data-such as order activity, tool usage, and program

    participation-and respond with timely outreach or support.

  • Opportunity Identification : Recognize performance gaps, friction points, or
  • partner needs, and bring forward timely insights and recommendations to the

    Regional Sales Manager and Dealer Success team to collaboratively support dealer

    success.

  • Collaboration and Documentation : Maintain clear, accurate records of partner
  • health, communications, and performance metrics using CRM and reporting tools.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, inside
  • sales, or retail / wholesale partner support.

  • Familiarity with channel-based business models or independent retailers is a
  • plus.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and order management platforms (e.g., Salesforce,
  • HubSpot, NetSuite).

  • High comfort with digital platforms, remote communications, and online
  • learning tools.

  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Internal collaboration and contribution to Dealer Success Group goals
  • Post-interaction Customer Service Survey Scores (CSAT or NPS equivalent)

    As part of a growing Dealer Success team, flexibility and willingness to contribute to

    special projects, events, and department-wide initiatives are expected.

    SCHEDULE

  • Standard office hours : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
  • Minimal travel expected
  • JOB TYPE AND BENEFITS
