What you’ll do as part of Homes by Lainie Real Estate Group :

  • Stay consistent with follow-up to make the most of every lead
  • Work with buyers and sellers to understand their needs
  • Host open houses to showcase properties and connect with potential clients
  • Keep deals on track from start to finish
  • Grow your business through strong service and regular outreach
  • Use your knowledge to guide clients and provide clear answers

    • What you’ll need :

  • Sales experience helps but isn’t required
  • Comfort with technology and digital tools
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Motivated mindset with the ability to stay on task
  • Solid organization and time management
  • An active real estate license

    Pay :

    48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

    Benefits : Flexible schedule

    Schedule : Monday to Friday

    Self-determined schedule

    Weekend availability

    Supplemental pay types :
