The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own both field marketing and demand generation. This is an individual contributor role (IC) with the opportunity to build and execute campaigns end-to-end. You’ll drive awareness, generate pipeline, and help our sales team engage the world’s top EPCs and construction companies.

What You’ll Do

Field Marketing

• Plan, manage, and execute Civ’s presence at key conferences (e.g., RE+ ) and regional events.
• Partner with sales to design account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for top target EPCs.
• Own pre-event and post-event outreach (email, , follow-up workflows).
