Senior Vice President of Sales

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Eyewear Sales and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers and representatives to drive revenue growth

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share

Oversee customer care strategies and enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience

Ten or more years of sales management experience with a track record of progression to senior leadership roles

Proven success in selling to medical professionals, retailers, and e-commerce platforms

Expertise in Salesforce CRM and data analytics

Strong understanding of territory management and multi-channel sales strategies
