1. Ensure all customers are happy, being listened to, receiving services specific for their needs, and services are of optimum quality.

  • Know, understand, and implement all policies and procedures of Emerge, Inc. and ensure they are implemented within the Team.
  • Supervisor of all staff on the Team. Responsible for staff scheduling, implementing all human resource actions consistent with Emerge policies, and personnel actions as necessary.
  • Work directly with customers at all living locations on the Team .regularly
  • Directly monitor and mentor the performance of all staff on the Team.
  • Ensure all staff on Team are trained in all required training at Emerge.
  • Directly interface with the accounting department of Emerge and obtain all necessary resources, including furniture, repairs, food, and household items, and supply documentation of purchases as needed by Emerge policy.
  • Ensure all attendance, timesheets, and other documentation, as indicated, is completed for service recipients of their team.
  • Ensure each customer has an IP, and BP, and NCP as indicated, that data is being collected following agency guidelines. Plans are being correctly implemented by all staff.
  • Coordinate meetings as necessary for individual annual meetings and or interim meetings.
  • Monitor the IP, including written documents and IPs on Maryland State Databases, and amend as necessary to ensure the IP meets the individual's needs.
  • Complete location quality reviews, including but not limited to : Fire drills, attendance sheets, activity log, menu’s, Mar’s, PMOF’s.
  • Ensure the water temperature in each home is within a regulatory standard.
  • Ensure all locations are clean and attractive and reflect the interests, preferences, and desires of the service recipients.
  • Ensure all customers attend all physician and other health professional appointments.
  • Ensure that all customer records, both location and main records, are current and complete, including but not limited to Annual Physical and Dentals.
  • Attend agency management meetings as indicated.
  • Stay within the budget for each location supervised.
