Project Coordinator
SERVPRO of Northern Rhode Island is hiring a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. Key Responsibilities
- Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
- Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
- Build relationships with insurance company representatives & maintain familiarity with insurance carrier specifications and preferences
- Review and validate job site documentation, working closely with Project Managers to ensure accuracy & completeness
- Collaborate with office team to build efficient schedules of work and communicate to team accordingly
- Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
High school diploma / GED (preferred)At least 1 year of customer service and / or office-related experienceAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientatedMust be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and overall professionalismAbility to calmly manage stressful and / or very busy situations with multiple competing prioritiesExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment or independently on multiple projects at the same timeSelf-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareSkills / Physical Demands / Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
