Delivery Lead (Chicago)

Experience - 10 to 12 years work experience in design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions for automated data extraction from various document types

Technical Expertise -Strong insurance domain understanding (life / disability), Lead the development and implementation of document processing models, Vector databases (Cosmos DB / Elastic / Pinecone), utilizing advanced ML and AI technologies (like OCR, layout analysis, and natural language processing) to accurately extract information (text, key-value pairs, tables, and structures) from documents. Strong hands-on experience working in Azure Synapse platform. Confidence scoring & accuracy benchmarking

QA Experience : Implement quality control checks, manage document flow procedures, and ensure all processes comply with relevant national / regional, industry-specific (e.g., ISO, FDA), and data privacy regulations.

Team leadership and Mentorship - Lead the technical team to guide and set expectations with team members, encourage them come with ideas / solutions and course correct when needed

Stakeholder Management Extended experience with working with client business and IT stakeholders
