Commercial Service Technician Responsibilities :

• Respond to scheduled service, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair package units, split systems, and water source heat pumps.
• Repair and overall equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices.
• Perform full service and preventative maintenance on walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and ice machines.  Repair, replace, or calibrate communication devices such as thermostats and switches.
