Overview :
We’re seeking a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional support to clients and help ensure they fully understand their insurance options. This role focuses on relationship-building, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain a consistently professional and courteous demeanor
- Understand client needs and provide personalized insurance solutions
- Clearly communicate policy options, coverage details, and benefits
- Stay up to date on insurance products, industry standards, and regulations
- Review renewal business and recommend appropriate follow-up actions
- Provide ongoing service, seek referrals, and identify cross-sell / up-sell opportunities
- Document all client interactions and actions taken
- Assist with annual reviews and prepare customized coverage recommendations
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when needed
- Monitor KPIs and support general customer service tasks as assigned

Strong customer service orientation with excellent rapport-building skillsEffective verbal and written communication abilitiesConfidence in negotiating and closing salesKnowledge of insurance sales processes and compliance requirementsProactive problem-solving and client-engagement abilitiesAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partnersRequirements :
