Join our team as a Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and curb appeal of our community. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for keeping our property's grounds in top shapeensuring a safe, attractive environment for residents and visitors alike. Your Day-to-Day :

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community's grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, and watering
• Remove trash and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
• Assist with seasonal maintenance such as snow / ice removal or leaf cleanup
• Report any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage to the Service Team
• Power wash building exteriors, walkways, and other surfaces as needed
• Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, signage, and recreational areas
• Support the maintenance team with light tasks as requested
• Ensure all equipment and tools are used safely and maintained in good working condition
