A company is looking for a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) for Child or Adult care. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy to children and adults, either in-person or via telehealth Participate in weekly case consultations and receive or provide supervision Maintain accurate documentation and manage clinical responsibilities within a supportive practice environment Required Qualifications Must be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred Ability to work autonomously with a flexible schedule Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education Willingness to engage in a collaborative team environment
