About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate vehicle inventory records and ensuring smooth operations across new and used vehicle stock. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, reconciliation, and inventory auditing.
Key Responsibilities :
Stock in new and used vehicle inventory with a heavy focus on data entry accuracy
Post dealer trades in the system in a timely and precise manner
Reconcile monthly physical inventory audits to ensure all records match actual stock
Reconcile monthly flooring statements to verify financial accuracy
Regularly review schedules to identify and correct discrepancies
Qualifications :
Proven experience in inventory management, automotive dealership experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in data entry and working with inventory software systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
