Provider Services Analyst

A company is looking for a Provider Services Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze claims to determine validity and recovery options

Draft detailed correspondence for reimbursement and contact relevant parties

Document all actions taken to resolve claims within a recovery system

Qualifications

High School Diploma with some college education

2-5 years of experience in the healthcare market and navigating EMR systems

Prior experience with patient or outpatient clinical / technical post-service denials preferred

Knowledge of UB04s and Claim Adjustment Reason Codes (CARC) preferred

Understanding of medical terminology used in administrative and clinical documentation is preferable
