Full time / permanent position

Well established not-for-profit 3 hospital system

Office in Northwestern Indiana

Mon " Fri daytime hours in office and hospital

1 in 6 rotation

20-30 clinic patients per day 10-15 hospital patients per day

Unique work structure conductive to utilizing all your skills
