Job description

The Product Line Associate will play a key role in supporting technical planning, development, and execution of our headphones, true wireless and speaker product lines. Working closely with Product Line Managers, engineering teams, and manufacturing partners. This role bridges the gap between product strategy and technical implementation.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in consumer goods who is eager to grow into a broader product management role while maintaining strong hands-on involvement in the technical aspects of product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development Support : Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and sourcing teams to translate product requirements into clear technical specifications and documentation.
  • Prototyping & Evaluation : Participate in prototype evaluations and provide feedback on performance, materials, and user experience.
  • Data & Performance Analysis : Gather and analyze data from product testing, user feedback, and market performance to help inform product improvements.
  • Supplier & Manufacturing Collaboration : Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to review samples, track builds, and monitor product readiness throughout development.
  • Roadmap & Project Coordination : Support the Product Line Manager in maintaining project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment between engineering milestones and business goals.
  • Documentation & Communication : Prepare technical reports, presentations, and internal briefs to communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork : Act as a technical liaison between engineering, industrial design, marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility aligns with product vision.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience : 1-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related role – preferably in consumer electronics or technology.
  • Technical Aptitude : Interest in consumer goods, audio products and technology; familiarity with headphone and wireless technologies is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends and contribute to product and business recommendations.
  • Project Coordination : Strong organizational skills with experience supporting projects or managing timelines.
  • Communication : Clear and confident communicator who can work effectively across teams and present ideas concisely.
  • Team-Oriented : Collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative while learning from senior team members.
  • Global Collaboration : Openness to occasional travel for product development, factory visits, or partner meetings.
