JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active NC license required (Not willing to license)

Board : BC in Hematology or Oncology (double board preferred; Oncology required if treating oncology patients)

DEA : Required

Certifications : BLS

Experience : Minimum 23 years in Hematology / Oncology

Other Qualifications : Must complete Epic assessment prior to start

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations and follow-ups

Manage benign hematology and general oncology cases

Collaborate with nurses, APPs, and pharmacists to ensure comprehensive care

Participate in limited call coverage and weekend shifts as assigned

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within Epic EMR
