We're accepting applications for a motivated, talented Mechanical CAD Engineering Technician to join our growing Engineering team and contribute to the exciting product development projects we're working on. What You'll Do :

• Design & Innovate : Use SolidWorks (or your preferred CAD software) to collaborate with our engineers, creating new designs and enhancing existing ones to meet engineering, manufacturing, and customer requirements.
• Create Detailed Drawings : Develop comprehensive 3D models and detailed drawings with all necessary views and dimensions to ensure precision manufacturing.
• Documentation & Collaboration : Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to keep everything aligned and up-to-date. Your work will directly support product development and ensure we maintain technical excellence.
• Prototype Development : Work hands-on with our team to build prototypes, applying your skills in machining, welding, and sheet metal fabrication to bring concepts to life.
• Continuous Improvement : Take an active role in our continuous improvement efforts, always seeking innovative ways to optimize design, production, and overall workflow.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, manufacturing, inspection, and testing to ensure high-quality standards and efficient project completion.

This is an onsite position, based out of our South Windsor CT headquarters. Position is full time, hourly, non-exempt. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5pm.
