About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its private equity buy and build model. The successful candidate will be a key player in the firm's growth, with a focus on acquiring and developing companies. The ideal CEO will be a true operator, bringing a robust background in finance and investments to the role. This individual will be part of the company's CEO In-Residence program, with the expectation of taking on the CEO position in an acting capacity after approximately three months of training. Responsibilities for the CEO In-Residence include leading the strategic and operational aspects of the business, driving growth, and ensuring the successful integration of acquired companies. The role demands a hands-on approach, with the CEO being deeply involved in all facets of the business, from financial management to team leadership. The candidate should be prepared to immerse themselves in the company's culture and values, and to work closely with the private equity firm to execute the buy and build strategy effectively. A strong background in finance and investments is essential, as the role requires a deep understanding of the financial aspects of the business and the ability to make sound investment decisions.
