Schedule : Full-Time | 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM | Skilled Nursing Facility

What You'll Do

• Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop / update resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Provide leadership and supervision to LVNs and CNAs during the shift.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
