We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented pharmacist to accurately process and dispense prescription medications while ensuring compliance with all legal and safety standards. The role involves providing expert pharmaceutical care and patient counseling to optimize medication use. Maintaining patient confidentiality and safeguarding controlled substance records are critical aspects of this position. Collaboration with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve any medication-related issues is essential.

Responsibilities include :

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical care and patient counseling to ensure optimal medication use.
• Maintain and safeguard confidential patient information and controlled substance records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve medication-related issues.
• Utilize multiple pharmacy systems and reference tools to support clinical decisions and workflow efficiency.

Work Environment : Work on-site or remote! Monday to Friday during the first shift from 8 am to 4 pm, with some flexibility to 9 am to 5 pm. Closed on Sundays. Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southgate, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $64.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
