Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to guests with precision, speed, and elegance
• Assist in expediting and coordinating orders with the kitchen and waitstaff
• Carry and present dishes using tray service and, when needed, French-style service techniques
• Ensure all dishes meet presentation and timing standards before delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
• Support the service team with resetting tables, running beverages, and responding to guest needs
