Key Responsibilities Manage a remote Quote-to-Cash and Order Management team, ensuring quality and efficiency Lead Salesforce implementation and process transformation efforts across Q2C and Order workflows Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash, Order Management, or Sales Operations 2+ years of experience managing global or remote teams, including BPO oversight Strong familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
