StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8 Pay Rate : $315.25 - $341.25

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Call & Requirements : Monday - Friday 7a – 3p + call each night while ON.
• Supervision vs Independent : 1 : 3 ratio – docs will mostly do their own cases
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
• Certifications required : Board Certification
• Number of Operating Rooms : 4
• License Required or accepting IMLC : Active Indiana License required
