Position Overview :

The Property Accountant will be responsible for managing accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting functions across a portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure accurate accounting for all property transactions and records
• Maintain recurring accounting schedules and reporting calendars
• Prepare monthly financials including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
• Reconcile all bank accounts and ledger entries with supporting documentation
• Assist with year-end audits, reports, and tax preparations
• Maintain and update general ledger through journal entries and reconciliations
