Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Fill in for teachers during their absence, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and engaging students in learning activities. Manage classroom behavior and create a respectful and productive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents, fostering a positive school climate. Support students in their learning by providing additional assistance and guidance as needed. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure educational goals are met and to enhance school programs. Maintain confidentiality regarding students and school personnel. Perform any additional duties assigned by school administration. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required. Experience working with children or in an educational setting (student teaching, substitute teaching, tutoring) is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and create a safe, inclusive learning environment. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work with a variety of age groups and subjects. Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
