Barbaicum seeks an experienced Intelligence Operations Integrator to join a team supporting a high-impact mission at Fort Bliss. This role provides critical support to special operations forces by fusing intelligence with operations and delivering timely, actionable insights. You will serve as a trusted advisor to tactical and strategic decision-makers while helping synchronize intelligence activities with real-world missions.

Responsibilities

• Integrate intelligence and operations functions to support SOF missions in dynamic environments.
• Leverage existing and emerging capabilities to produce tailored intelligence products in support of mission planning and execution.
• Serve as a liaison between operational elements and intelligence professionals, facilitating collaboration and rapid information sharing.
• Provide subject matter expertise in operational planning, mission analysis, and targeting support.
• Support the development and refinement of intelligence-driven operational strategies.
• Work closely with partner agencies and units to maintain situational awareness and intelligence readiness.
• Deliver briefings, written products, and recommendations to command-level leadership and operational teams.
