Job descriptionFull-time (40 hours per week) : MondayFriday, 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM (includes 30-minute unpaid break) Must be flexible for occasional nights, weekends, or overtime for special events. Position Summary
The Site Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and fully functional campus environment for a private school and church in Nashville. This hands-on position involves daily maintenance, light repairs, and event support.
Were looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.
Requirements : Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Complete general tasks such as wall repairs, painting, pressure washing, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging toilets.
- Conduct routine inspections, including fire extinguishers, emergency lights, lavatories, and plumbing systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and log activities in the work order system.
- Assist with event setup and respond to special requests.
- Support grounds and exterior maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and campus staff.
- Complete daily digital timesheets and work orders using web-based software.
