Key Responsibilities

Perform hands-on configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM systems

Manage payroll operations including overtime, holiday pay, and absence management

Collaborate on Oracle Cloud implementation projects within healthcare settings

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM

Strong technical background with Oracle systems

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

Experience in healthcare or hospital environments

Knowledge of labor and payroll processes
