Salary & Incentives
Base pay : $28-$31 / hr (depending on experience)Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 per 4-week cycle (as much as $32,500 annually)Incentives in Colorado range from $9,750 annually to $32,500 annuallyCombined with base pay, total annual compensation ranges from $67,990-$105,300 , depending on experience, performance, and other factors.Benefits

Deliver quality, hands-on care under the supervision of a licensed Physical TherapistAssist in implementing individualized treatment plansDocument daily treatment notes and track patient progress (with the support of Ambient Listening Technology)Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and patients to ensure excellent outcomesEducate and encourage patients as they work toward recovery goalsQualifications
