Lane type : OTR Dry Van (Eastern Regional)
Home time : Every two weeks
Freight type : Drop and hook live load and unload and preloads
Operating area : Eastern states including AL GA FL TN KY NC SC VA PA OH and surrounding regions
Consistent year-round freight
Average weekly miles : around 2500

Pay & Bonuses

Average weekly earnings between $1200 and $1400

Pay rate : $0.55$0.65 CPM all miles paid loaded and empty

Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM for safety and service

Stop pay $15 per stop

Rider policy available for passengers 12 and older

Pet policy allows dogs up to 40 lbs (available from day one; trainees after solo upgrade)

Requirements

Must be 21 or older with valid Class A CDL

Must have minimum 6 months solo tractor trailer experience

Held a U.S. drivers license for at least 12 months

Clean MVR and PSP no major violations or preventable accidents in 3 years

No more than two moving violations in two years

No DUI or DWI in the past 5 years (10 if while holding CDL)

Stable employment history with no major gaps

Must pass urine and hair drug test and DOT physical

Military experience may qualify with DD214

Trainee Program

Recent CDL-A graduates encouraged to apply

46-week hands-on mentor program with real OTR experience

Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school required

Stable employment record with no major gaps
