POSITION TITLE :

Physical Therapist (Full-Time and Part-Time positions)

Physical Therapist Salary Schedule

WORK DAYS :

Full-Time : 190 days / Part-Time

19 hours max. weekly

LOCATION : TBD

REPORTS TO :

Executive Director, Program for Exceptional Students

• PRIMARY FUNCTION : Provides services to students eligible for related services;

Improves, develops, restores or maintains a child's motor function in educational environments, Functions as "related service personnel" under state and federal law regulations

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Educational Level :

Degree in Physical Therapy form an accredited program

2. Certification / License :

Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the State of Georgia; Valid GA Driver's License

3. Experience :

Prefer one year clinical experience in physical / occupational therapy including pediatrics

4. Physical Activities :

Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities

5. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

Written and oral communication, planning, organization
