Location : On-site, near Durham, NC

Salary Range : $75,000 - $85,000

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a hospital setting. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, helping them regain movement and manage pain. You will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall function.

Use various therapeutic techniques and exercises to treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions.

Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue therapy at home.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy and incorporate best practices into patient care.

Qualifications :

Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina.

Bachelor's, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
