Product Management Director

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

12+ years of progressive product management experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles

Experience in the casualty insurance industry, particularly in claims management or workers' compensation

Proven track record of successfully bringing complex products to market

Strong understanding of technology principles and software development processes
