As AssistantDOR (PT or PTA) , you’ll support the Program Manager and serve as a key resource for both staff and patients in our outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

✅ Support and help manage daily operations of the interdisciplinary rehab team✅ Coordinate therapy services with the nursing department and larger care team✅ Supervise therapists, assistants, and rehab aides✅ Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and Symbria policies✅ Monitor team productivity and caseload balance✅ Assist in community marketing and promotion of rehab services✅ Collect outcome data to track and enhance program performance✅ Step in as Program Manager when needed

Qualifications

🎓 Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy program🏥 Valid clinical license in the state of Ohio💡 Strong leadership and organizational skills💬 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite⭐ 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (rehab, outpatient, LTC, or acute care)
