Client Services Director – Northeast (Remote)

Remote – New England Area

Position Overview

As a Client Services Director , you will play a pivotal role in driving Tier4 Group’s growth across the Tri-State Area and New England markets. You’ll build, nurture, and expand relationships with new and existing clients while delivering innovative recruitment solutions and resources that solve complex business challenges.

This is a remote role requiring a strategic thinker and natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by creating measurable business impact through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and expand client partnerships by identifying hiring needs, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers, and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Drive new business growth through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and market engagement within assigned territories.
  • Partner closely with Tier4 recruiters to ensure each role is thoroughly qualified and that candidates are presented with precision, speed, and quality.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from first conversation to placement, ensuring Tier4 Group remains a trusted, long-term partner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to leverage Tier4 Group’s diverse service offerings, from contingent recruiting to executive search and project solutions.
  • Stay informed on market trends , emerging technologies, and hiring challenges to serve as a strategic advisor to clients.
  • Represent Tier4 Group at regional networking events and industry functions to increase brand visibility and build new relationships.

You’ll thrive in this role if you :

  • Bring 5+ years of proven success in a client-facing business development or account management role within the technology recruiting industry.
  • Have a strong networking with the ability to drive new revenue and expand existing relationships.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate success in partnering with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality candidates aligned to the client’s business needs.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Are well-networked with the New Jersey, New York, and New England markets and their technology landscapes (strongly preferred).
  • Bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
