The Licensed Occupational Therapist will deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in diverse patient care settings. Daily responsibilities include performing thorough evaluations and standardized assessments, set measurable evidence-based goals, create and adjust individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve ADLs and IADLs, upper-extremity function, fine motor skills, cognition, sensory processing, and functional mobility. The Licensed Occupational Therapist will also recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment, conduct home and workplace safety assessments, educates patients and caregivers, ensures timely and accurate medical documentation, collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams, and ensures compliance with state and federal standards
